Welcome to My Blog Adrian the rescue Pug!Had a great outdoor shoot with Adrian the rescue pug today! Adrian will be up for adoption through Pugalug Pug Rescue (http://pugalug.com/adrian.html) in a couple of months, so spread the word and help find him a forever home.
EmmyHad a challenging but rewarding shoot with Emmy this weekend. She wasn't the most cooperative model, but she is one gorgeous girl!
New Set and PropsI purchased some new props and built a new set. Like all my sets, this one is completely mobile and can be brought to your home. I used some cookies and wrangled Gertie and Parker into helping me test the new set. I was really happy with the results. What do you think?
Fun Family ShootHad a great shoot with James, Jennine, and the kids! As you can tell, everyone seemed to have a good time.
I'm not sure where this little guy learned to model, but he sure pulled some interesting poses out of his little bag of tricks:
Here are just a couple more:
In my opinion, no family photo shoot is complete without some shots of the furry kid(s):
Corporate ShootI know corporate photos are often considered boring, but I had some fun with these. I'm available to take corporate photos like these for websites or annual reports on fairly short notice. A shoot like this can be completed in just a couple of hours (including set-up and tear-down).
Studio PugsI was lucky enough to get Gertie and Parker in front of my lights for a proper studio shoot. As you can see, they make a pretty cute pair. It was a little tricky, but I managed to get them both to sit inside my antique apple box.
As you might be able to tell, this little stuffed chick is just about Gertie's favourite thing in the world.
It was actually more difficult than you might think to get this shot of Gertie. She loves that little toy so much that every time I put it in front of her this happened:
I have to admit, Parker is probably the best dog "model" I have had the chance to work with. When I told her to stay, she would hold the pose for so long that even if I put the camera down to adjust the lights, she would still be right there where I left her when I came back.
Sarah in the ParkI had a really fun shoot with Sarah in Colonel Samuel Smith Park in Etobicoke today. Sarah doesn't think she looks good in pictures, but I think these prove her very wrong!
Gertie & Parker in the ParkIt was a nice day, so I headed to Humber Bay Park with Gertie and Parker for a photo shoot.
As you can see from these two, Parker seems to feel the need to "stand guard" when she's posing for photos.
How can you help but love rescue dogs? Parker was rescued by Pugalug Pug Rescue (www.pugalug.com).
