I was lucky enough to get Gertie and Parker in front of my lights for a proper studio shoot. As you can see, they make a pretty cute pair.  It was a little tricky, but I managed to get them both to sit inside my antique apple box.

As you might be able to tell, this little stuffed chick is just about Gertie's favourite thing in the world.

It was actually more difficult than you might think to get this shot of Gertie. She loves that little toy so much that every time I put it in front of her this happened:

I have to admit, Parker is probably the best dog "model" I have had the chance to work with. When I told her to stay, she would hold the pose for so long that even if I put the camera down to adjust the lights, she would still be right there where I left her when I came back.
